Wild Ginger’s food psychology is predominantly based around Thai dishes but they’ve also introduced a variety of cultural recipes from the whole region of South East Asia.
Set on the beautiful shores of Jervis Bay, the restaurant is blessed with some amazing seafood produce, such as Yellowfin Tuna, Crayfish, Oysters, Snapper, Flathead, Bream and Blackfish. These are often seen on the menu (seasonal).
