During your stay at Jervis Bay visit Bundanon Homestead, an outstanding Victorian Georgian country residence, farmhouse and farm buildings. The homestead dates back to the1860’s and is set in a nineteenth century rural landscape with twentieth century overlays.

Internationally renowned artist Arthur Boyd, whose work in the 1970’s and 1980’s depicted elements of the landscapes surrounding Bundanon, studio is located at the homestead.

The historic Bundanon Homestead and Arthur Boyd’s Studio is open for inspection every Sunday from 10.30am to 4pm, with tours running at 11.30am and 1.30pm on Open Days only.

For those who like bushwalking there are two walking trails at the Bundanon Homestead:

  • The Treelines Track comprising of either a 1 hour North Loop – 1.4km or a 1.5 hour South Loop – 1.9km, traces the history of plants and plantings across the Bundanon landscape.
  • The Haunted Point Loop Walk – 3 hour Full Loop – 3.5km or 45 minutes to Amphitheatre – 1.2km (return), pass through beautiful, rare rainforest pockets on your way to the scraggly outpost of Haunted Point.
