THE Festive table is $120 per person – (Available to cottages and tents)

- House smoked salmon with blinis served with a cream made with herbs from our garden
- Local oysters with a side French vinaigrette with shallots
- French ocean rillette served with a homemade sourdough slice
- Selection of charcuterie served with homemade pickles
- Homemade mini sausage roll served with tomato sauce
- Selection of dips served with veggies
- Local marinated olives
- Fig gorgonzola tart served with green leaf
- Cheese selection served with a quince paste, dried grapes and crackers.
- Seasonal fruits
- “Make your own” Pavlova
- French traditional xmas dessert.
