COVID-19 Cancellation Policy
Our COVID cancellation policy is as follows:
Your health and wellbeing and that of our guests and team is our absolute priority and we remain committed to providing the highest standards of service, cleanliness and hygiene.
To ensure you have a good night’s sleep in your home away from home, we want to reassure you that we’re working with our teams and external suppliers to ensure hygiene and sanitation standards are in line with the absolute latest health protocols. Our flexible booking policy is available for new and existing bookings made on our website.
Cancellations due to COVID lockdowns accompanied with a medical proof will be allowed up until 2pm the day prior to arrival when booked directly with us! We understand that the nature of travel is uncertain at present, so we want to make sure you have peace of mind when booking with us.
The majority of our rates are now fully flexible, so should you make a booking and travel restrictions making your upcoming stay no longer possible, just give us a call and we will be happy to assist with a postponement or cancellation.
