Yoga Flow
A class suitable for all levels where you will flow smoothly from one pose to the next, postures and breath will be linked to invite a meditative aspect to your practice. Suitable for any level.

Gentle Flow
A session intended to move at a slower pace within a yoga flow, linking movement and breath, ending with supported passive stretches to relax and unwind. Suitable for any level.

A gentle flow specially designed for the mothers-to-be, combining strength building with the opportunity to relax and let go. Perfect to join solo or with your partner/friend.

Family Yoga
Connect with your loved ones through yoga. A tailored 45 minutes class will be a wonderful way for the whole family to spend quality time together. Including playful sequences of yoga, mindfulness and final relaxation with Tibetan bowls that will leave you feeling more grounded, centred, and relaxed. Promoting playfulness, stimulating creativity and encouraging independence.

The yoga sessions are hosted in our brand-new Eucalypt Wellness Centre. Prepared for up to 10 people with all props you need, including yoga and meditation bolsters handmade in India.
